Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened items may also be eligible for return provided they are in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for any return, you must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@wanelabs.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
